Renee Austin is a Northern Virginia resident and has painted off and on through her life. She particularly loves vibrant color, motion in juxtaposition to complete stillness, general silliness and nonsense, and is inspired by wildly windy days, eye crinkling laughter, and art that makes one want to peek behind a canvas to see what's really going on.
