Elaine Boomer is a psychotherapist in private practice in Fairfax, VA. She has been painting for many years. Elaine has taken many classes and has studied at the Corcoran School of Art. Her teachers include Diane Tesler and Robert Johnson as well as courses at the Art League in Alexandria. She has 3 daughters and 7 grand children. She is currently enrolled in the two year Mastery Program at the Milan Art Institute.
