Summer is a self-taught artist that creates original artwork inspired by the surrounding landscape. Summer works with her father Merle, owner of Merle Kerr Carpentry. Together they create unique shaped art using Merle’s woodworking skills and Summer’s painting skills. Many paintings are created on wood shapes of Virginia, West Virginia, Fish, and other nature inspirations.
