Nancy Keyser

Nancy has been working in watercolor since the 1980’s, having studied with many noted watercoloritists in her native Wisconsin as well as Virginia.

She has participated in many juried shows in Wisconsin, Virginia and Washington D.C. her work was published in the art book “Celebrating Door Counties Wild Places” (2001), and in the Washingtonian Magazine (2006).

Nancy’s fills her paintings with a gentle beauty and quiet mood of the landscapes and architecture of the Blue Ridge near her home in Washington, VA. Her paintings communicate a love of nature and country life, with a fluid colorful style. Keysers work ranges from rural landscapes to nautical scenes of working boats in the Great Lakes and Chesapeake Bay areas.
