Donna was raised in a family of painters and sculptors, surrounded by bristle brushes, canvases, linseed oil, Maroger medium, and the peppery smell of turpentine. After retiring from publishing, she turned to painting, and has been painting in oils for more than fifteen years. Favoring the depth and technical skill of classical realism. she is currently studying with Carol Lee Thompson at the Zoll School of Fine Art.
